By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling your appointment.

1. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments are subject to availability. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged the full remaining balance and may be restricted from future bookings.

2. Payments & Pricing

All service prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Cherry Financing, AfterPay, FSA, and HSA cards. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the payment method selected.

3. Health & Safety Policy

For the safety of all clients and staff, please do not book if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or fever. You are required to inform us of any allergies, health conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or health protocols are not followed.

4. Late Policy

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. A $10 late fee will be charged after 10 minutes. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time may forfeit their appointment and deposit. All cancellations or rescheduling must be done through the confirmation email at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

5. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments may be rescheduled once (up to two times for package services) within the required notice period using the confirmation email. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, unused package sessions, or dissatisfaction with results, as individual results may vary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Lashed in Dallas’s website and social media platforms, including logos, photos, text, and videos, is the property of Lashed in Dallas LLC. Reproduction or reuse of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Policy Updates

Lashed in Dallas reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
